VCE file format for Android apk

I am planing to build a Android aplication for runing vce files, and four that i will nead to read vce files format. Can the developer off Exam Formatter help me on that.

Where is the VCE file format definition?

I would love to have a VCE viewer on Android. Has anyone managed a work around? i.e. Converting to another format and opening with another Android app?

Unfortunately Exam Formatter can't read vce format. It just use the import wizard to pass formatted text to vce designer.
