converting .txt with html code to vce

Hi,

is there any way to convert a text file with questions and answers to vcf files and automatically import html code image links with visual cert exam designer 1.9.954?

Last time I inserted the images manually, but having 250 questions, that is a bit much.

Hope somebody can help me.
