Remember the TestOut navigator Update is required if you are using the old CCNA version. There's a standalone updater installer in the old cd/iso of the CCNA 640-801 one if you installed another testout that doesnt update. And overwrite the 5 folders dont rename them like the other instructions say. .NET framework 2.0 is required for the simulations. If it doesn't bother you to not have progress reports & bookmarks, use the xml file workaround.

For 640, 642, 643, 646 and 647, I'm getting the message "SimHost has stopped working".

Anyone else get this? Any workaround?

simlabs don't work in vista as far as i know. i'm running them on an xp sp2 virtual machine.

1. Install old TestOut Training i.e, 70-294. (it will install by default folder C:\Program Files\TESTOUT)

2. Extract Exchange Server 2007 ISO files/folders in a new folder (i.e, c:\70-236)

3. Browse the default folder C:\Program Files\TESTOUT, then rename 5 folders (Glossary, Outlines,

Questions, resources, Sims) to any name (i.e, Glossary2, Outlines2, Questions2, resources2, Sims2)

4. Copy same named 5 folders from c:\70-236 folder to C:\Program Files\TESTOUT

5. rename XML file in Outlines folder from ms236cle to ms294cle (i.e, C:\Program

Files\TESTOUT\Outlines\ms294cle)


6. Run the program (please note that you will still see the old product name under Available Products

within TestOut Navigator, however once you press start, Exchange Server 2007 would be shown.

Forgive me if I appear stupid, but, where can I get Testout program in order to download and install those MCITP exams? I have gone to the Testout webpage and there is a Free 7 days trial. Is it enough with that?
