Are you sure you didn't do anything else? I can't get the simulations to work. I did everything you wrote but get an error when trying to start a simulation.
Some components needed by this simulation have not been installed.
Here's what I did:
Installed CCNA 640-801
Copied the files from 640-802
Renamed c802cle.xml to ccna3cle.xml
The 640-801 simulations worked earlier.

Look above...I added a flash tutorial for the CCNA one. Works 100%!
