exam formatter

Does anyone know why when I use exam formatter to create a vce of a passguide pdf all the images come out upside down and backwards? Am I doing something wrong?

I had that problem with version 2, version 3 should do it properly.

I didnt had any audio visuals in my exam.
But had many questions with 12 options.
