Watch this topic for replies - working?

I'm wondering if anyone else is having issues with the "watch this topic for replies" notifications? I seem to not be getting any.

I've double checked my profile, changed email addresses a couple of times and checked my spam filters and I'm simply not getting messages from topics I'm "Watching". Any help or ideas would be great!

Do I need to configure my profile some specific way to get email updates?
