They seem a little stuck in the past.. An Iphone app would sell a shed load
or some java based version for symbian mobiles. Its a shame there is not a competitive supplier to push the development pace.

That would be really great ... Would help a lot on my 40 min train ride to work each day.

Does not need to be a pure Blackberry App. I guess some Java App should do it.

If there is something which may not yet be released I would be glad to be a beta tester ;-)

would be really great if a release for iphone become available. is this anything you guys are looking into? I know there can be trouble importing VCE-files to the memory on the iphone/ipodtouch, maybe it could work if it was a web based exam manager

For those who don't know, you can export vce files into plain txt or pdf.

Here is how you do it:

Get the working version of VCE with the working designer (just hit up your torrent site)

Get a pdf printer, I use "pdf creator", it's free

Open the vce file in designer, print it out to the pdf printer.

Now go get the free program pdftohtml, its a free dos program you need to use dos prompt to run it. Use it to convert the pdf file into html. And then you can convert it to txt or doc if you want.

*Why do you want to do it???*

You can read it on any phone, iphone, DS, PSP and eReader! I read most of the vce files on my Treo. Normally I can find the pdf file from here. But if there is no pdf file, this is how I do it.

Also for people who care, you can easily convert video files on TestOut, and CBT Nugguts to cellphone friendly video format too! Testout is a bit harder because you have to manually convert the xml file to html file. But CBT is dumb as a door nail.
