Installed 70-294, I renamed the 5 folders as per the suggested workarounds, and copied over 70-646 testout folders, renamed xml file accordingly.
All videos work.
Alas, the simulation screens load but whenever I try to perform an operation I get a UAC prompt in the sim which I turn off in the sim via Control Panel/Users, but the sim crashes when I launch any tool and get this dump...
