TProgressBar property out of range

hello everyone. newbie here. i tried and followed all the steps on the Tutorial: How to convert PDF to VCE using Exam Formatter but still can't get through or convert it because of the error TProgressBar property out of range. How can i fix this error? i need your help please.

btw after checking all the settings and the import of the pdf file in the Exam Formatter, i can only see the description but not the question numbers.
the pdf "Content Copying or Extraction" is allowed.

If you don't see the question numbers you need to change the settings for question recognition.

Make sure the export (in Exam Formatter) and import (in VCE Designer) settings are the same.
