In order to solve HSRP sim

Follow the given below Hints, it has few words from a complete correct options but dont you worry, it wont be difficult

It has 6 Questions in one Sim

Questions can be in any order

1) enable preempting (correct option's first two words)
2) from 11 to 18 (correct option's last portion)
3) larger than 241 and less than 249 (correct option's last portion)
4)100 (it complete correct option)
5) 95 (in this Question's option there are 100 and 95 both options available, this is the hint to select 95 in this Question as above given question has 100 option correct, so dont be confuse)
6) larger than 6 (correct option's last portion)


CCNA Questions includes

1) router unable to telnet
Ans: correct option

line vty 0
password cisco
login


2) Two swicthes unable to share vtp info, both switches "sh vtp status" given
Ans: correct option
there domain names are different

and some other Questions I forgot, but no so difficult

i tried to read this pass4sure..but i dont understand nothing there.i dont understand how people can learn something without understand questions itself... my ccna knoledge is not enough for this pass4sure..

Did the 642-892 composite today 19-11-2008 and passed.

Most questions matched P4S 642-8923.27 that I studied, but there was some 4-5 multiple choice questions that you will not find in there, at least on this last version.

I had as in P4S(except IPs):

    Testlet as in questions 4-7.
    EIGRP-ISIS LAB as in question 13.
    OSPF Areas LAB as in question 19.
    Switch Config LAB as in question 28. (scroll down on exam to find out you have to put some in a specific VLAN)
    VTP LAB as in question 80.


Testlet about HSRP, where you can find the answers 2 posts above this one.
It has about 5 VLANS on 2 switches connected with some others around, each set with some "track", "standby","priority" commands that you need to figure out what happens when an interface comes down and how to put things working.

Just to leave a final note, I got some questions as in P4S, but it had answers shuffled AND more options to choose from, so be carefull to study which are the correct answers and not like "this one is wrong, so the others are right".

There was this rumors that p4s v327 is fake... v323 according to them is still valid. Wink
