Passed 83-640 (Consolidated)

Hey all,

Passed my first ever MS exam on the 15th Aug with a (I have no idea as I had to call them and they are sending me the score within 1-2 days) score!

I used Exam Cram 70-640 book, CBT Nugs and a little 3 server lab environment with Virtual Server and the VHD's available from MS' website.

The info on this thread is valid.

2 labs and 30 questios.

I am going to have the exam today in 1,5 hours.... I AM SCARED!!!

Let us know how you did and the type of questions you were asked in the labs.

Score was 866

Two lab and they where pretty hard.. since I am not working with AD... BUT you can use HELP from the Windows 2008 server and that made it for me!

Not all that I could resolve

The lab is 2 times 65 minutes.... then the rest of the questions are EASY if you have done the exam called pass4sure....

100% valid still!!!

All questions came from Microsoft.Braindump.70-640.v2009-01-30.by.breeze1974.126q.vce so in Holland still 100% valid
For the labs, tasks given on this thread are correct.

For those who are still going to take this one, if you work with AD it should be peace of cake.

I passed 83-640 today with 883/1000

There was 30 questions all from Microsoft Braindump 70-640 v2009-01-30 by breeze 126q.vce

and there was 2 labs, 1st one had 7 tasks, and the 2nd one had 10 tasks.

i had the same questions on 83-640 like listed earlier, still valid.
went twice for the exam and it froze at second lab twic. going next week to try third time.
1)I had question about "prevent dns from transferring bad data?" can someone write how to do it?
2) another one was about applying read and enroll permission to EFS key recovery certificate for itsales group. i went to certificate templates and did that? is it the right way to do it or i should duplicate template and publish it in Certificate authority?

can someone post the answer to my first question, plz

i'm back from the exam, and can confirm thall all questions are still valid, that was my third attempt and this time labs loaded.
65 minutes for each lab, and 60 minutes for 30 questions. if you check previous posts and do 126q you are more than certain to pass

I also can confirm that the 126q is still valid together with the other information in this post. Passed it!

Seems that as of now, in the U.S., you can no longer register to take the 70-640 exam (in English). You can ONLY register for 83-640 exam (in English).

I'm scheduled to take the test tomorrow and have been doing great with the Microsoft.Braindump.70-640.v2009-01-30.by.breeze1974.126q.vce

After reading through this thread, I now have about 25 possible lab questions that I've been stepping through and am fairly confident with.

Once question/concern I have for the lab... .how is that graded?
Does it record what you're doing to see if you're approaching it correctly? or just checks to see if the appropriate setting has been changed once you submit it?
