Passed today (July 31st 2009), with 967/1000 points, it took me about 40 minutes, which was on purpose to avoid suspection.

The test was split in two parts, first section of 32 questions, second part consisted of 22 questions.
Total time allowed was 1 hour and 10 minutes.

I used the following tools;
Ms Press 70-620 book
Ms Press 70-620 Measure Up training Kit Exam Prep (comes with the book)

And more importantly: Microsoft TestKing 70-621 v2.0 by sonivEX 120q.vce

53 of the total 54 questions were all in this VCE file, to which I'm very grateful.
The only missing question was something about how to setup your media center extender, (password or setupkey) which was pretty simple.

Hope this will help anyone passing this exam as well.
