70-647 exam updates?

I just purchased my study guide for this exam and now I'm reading that there are sp1 updates on the exam. I do not want to buy a new study guide Is there a place online that I can read and find out what the new service packs include without having to buy a new study guide?

Correction, I meant to say R2 instead of sp1.
