Hello...I passed 291 yesterday in the US, but JUST BARELY. I studied the Silver and Ray dumps and for my test at least, were about 50-75% valid. 40 questions total, first 10 were ALL simulations, none of which I had seen yet. Worst I have done on an MS exam yet. I have 293 next, hopefully it won't be so difficult for me.

Used the Corrected buy Ronak file, 100% valid for my exam in UK

Sims i remember:

1. Authorize DHCP + Activate
2. Configure Reservation in DHCP
3. Configure RRAS with Smart Card Authentication (cant fully remember the questions, Also different to the sim in RONAKs, different screen)
4. Configure a server with static IP
5. Set Secure Encrpytion in a GPO (Server only allows Secure communications, you must set the servers GPO to match this(
6. Configure Persistant Connection (in RONAK's sims)
7.Disable Client initated DNS updates
8. Configure Interfaces to Allow users to connect via VPN and also internet (NAT setup)

Cant remember the full questions tho

I passed this Friday here in the US with a 935/1000. I had 31Q + 9 sims. 70-291 v2009-02-28 corrected Ray 209q.vce and the VCE from Silver are both 100% valid. Study either one for the questions and you will be fine.

Here are the sims I can remember:

--Create a DHCP reservation for a specified computer client
--Enable NIC on a server to allow Internet Connection Sharing
--Change the IP settings on the server in subnet 1 so that no computers on subnet 2 can communicate with subnet 1
--Create a new DNS entry

- establish a VPN connection to a Server

- Server is configured to allow VPN Connections from clients & and to other VPN servers
- enable auditing on all clients to log attemps to restart , shutdown computers or events affects the security log

I passed 70-291 on Friday 04/16/2010 with a score of 892/1000

I got 9 sims and 31 Q. All questions came from VCE by chello or Silver (both are similar and still valid ). But also I recomend you should practice those exercise in the book if you have one. It will help you a lot.

The sims I remember was:

1. Authorize DHCP + Activate
2. Configure Reservation in DHCP
3. Configure RRAS with Smart Card Authentication (click authentication tab, click EAP Method button, then click add and select smart card)
4. Configure a server with static IP (It will show a diagram )
5. Set Secure Encrpytion in a GPO (Server only allows Secure communications.)
6. Configure Persistant Connection and allow retry connection ( I guess is 1 )
7. Disable Client initated DNS updates
8. Configure Interfaces to Allow users to connect via VPN and also internet (NAT setup)

All of those sims it will open by default configuration.

Sims:
assign IP addressing to server
create counter for WAN w/Proformance tool
RRAS - enable remote access Should be the top 3 boxs/options all checked.
RRAS where IP can't access - I think you need to use IP tab and enable IP base
DNS add WINS server for NT4
IPsec policy all communcation uses require secure comunication uncheck everything except all communication use Sec and allow it.
IP subnetting - 2 subnet I think just change the subnet so they can't see each other.
Delagation for Sales OS
DHCP allow PTR update

-assign static ip to a server
-create counter for DNS I think total Query per sec I think
-enable IPsec for an OU ( named HR)
-2 subnets where you need to disable communication from one to the other by changing the tcp/ip settings for the server that u dont want the other subnet to reach it (remove the gateway from the properties )
- RRAS question (sorry cant remmember it fully. all I remmember was you need it to make a persistant dial up or something like that)
- cant remmember the last one
