Hi,

Passed 70-290 yesterday, score 800+ (somewhere in west europe).
177q by cchello is still valid.
Only 2 new questions, all new sims.
sims include:
which disk can fail: stripe, mirror, raid5.
restoring backup: full, incremental, differential.
creating logical drive.
creating roaming profile.
AD: adding groups to new user.
applying quota.
All pretty straightforward if you ever worked with server 2003.

Don't ask me any questions, this is all I remember.

Finally after my job changed my schedule back to me being off on fridays I was finally able to take the 70-290 today.

9 simulations and 2 new questions from the vce complementing dunbar 177q.

The 2 questions were fairly easy, 1 was pertaining to disk management, given scenario have 8 SCSI harddrives, a couple mirred, striped, and raid 5 configuration, which harddrives could fail and the server would maintain operational after a restart. The other question pertained to doing a backup on a server from a client computer and where would you look for the backup log, basically the choices was either the server or the client. The sims were a bit confusing with the instructions but they pertained to assigning apps using GPO, ummm, fully restoring a crashed server using recovery console, and I pretty forgot the rest, o yeah and a roll back driver one.

Study materials the VCE I mentioned above, sybex 70-290 study guide, and windows server 2003 labs given to me by a friend. 70-291 here I come.

Hi everybody, I passed the 70-290 today 11/21/09.
I used 177q by cello, testout, and cbt.
All the Sims are the ones discussed in the forum.
I scored 943. On to the 70-291.

I passed the 290 on Friday as well as the 291. I used the microsoft books and 177q by cchello which is valid. I had 8 new simulations of the top of my head i remember on concerning dns, adding new user accounts, and mirroring.

Passed the 70-290 exam today, with an 868/1000

Had 40 questions altogther, 9 of them were sims

all of the 31 questions were the ones from the dundar.vce, except for 1 new one.

The 9 sims were easy, they were the ones specified in other comments above.

Passed 290 with score of 906 dundar and chelo VCE is still valid only for the New SIMS mentioned on this thread

Hello I passed today 70-290 with 943 score.

Microsoft.Testinside.70-290.v2009-01-12.Complementing.Dundar.by.cchelo.177q.vce is still 100% valid, ALL my questions were from there.

The sims are the same that other users described in their own posts.

Go on 70-291.

Dundar by cchelo is still valid 95%.all of the 35 questions were of dundarbycchelo177q.vce, except for 1 new one(easy)
The 5 sims are the same that others user and easy. I recomended that you view the sims 70-290-clear4sure_pdf in http://www.examcollection.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=88097#88097.
