Breaking the first rule of Fight Club
For those of us here at Microsoft who are passionate about certification and are aware of our efforts to stamp out illegal braindumps, proxies, and the like, there’s nothing more frustrating than the blanket directive our legal team gives us not to discuss this stuff.
Even though I understand why (sort of)—cases can be compromised and influenced by our statements about them—it’s frustrating when you guys accuse us (understandably) of not doing enough to combat exam piracy and we’re not allowed to share examples of doing just that.
Which is why I was perversely delighted today to read this article in our local defunct-in-print-but-thriving-on-line Seattle Post-Intelligencer about a lawsuit we reportedly filed this week. I figure it’s a loophole (until my wrist gets slapped otherwise)… after all, if it’s in the news, and it pertains to Microsoft certification, that’s pretty much our bread-and-butter here at Born to Learn!
So read on, but don’t ask me for more information… I’m probably being watched.
