Inserting Pictures

Hey guys I am making a new N10-003 vce from a pdf but it has 48 pictures in it roughly and when I convert it to .txt it extracts all the pictures but now when I import it all into Visual Cert Designer it doesnt have the pictures associated with the questions so I have no idea what goes to what as there is 873 questions... is there any easier to assign the pictures or the proper questions or what? Thanks in advance guys!
