|
|
Hello,
I did not have any exam yet. But wondering if win2008 exams are released so I can directly have 2008 cert. instead having upgrade from 2003 to 2008.
Do you know where I can find 2008 questions, if released yet?
Otherwise I will have to first 2003 then 2008 upgrade which will take longer and harder.
Thanks |

You can start fresh.Do cert for server 2008 without going through server 2003.
More info about server 2008 track.

So all I need to pass is 3 or 5 exams as said at http://www.trainsignaltraining.com/windows-server-2008-certifications-death-to-the-mcse/2007-06-19/ I just can not believe that it became easier that why I wanted to be sure of that.
Or am I wrong?
Thanks needvista for making me feel better |

Yes of course you don't need server 2003 to get to server 2008.Server 2003 will be replaced by server 2008 in the market soon that's why.
Your question was really really funny and made me laugh.
If you have server 2003 MCSE you can upgrade to server 2008 by doing 3 courses.
If you dont Have MCSE on server 2003.Then you have to pass 5 exams to get MCITP enterprise administrator.Which is like MCSE of server 2008
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcitp/windowsserver/2008/enterprise/default.mspx Check out that link for MCITP enterprise administrator.
Also if you want to get MCITP server administrator on server 2008 its 3 exams http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcitp/windowsserver/2008/server/default.mspx
MCITP server administrator is like MCSA of server 2003 |
