Difficulty with Exam Formatter

Hi Guys

I am having some difficulties with exam formatter. I follow the Tutorial and choose the Question NO: &x Tab and fill in "Question NO: &1" on question 1 and add the copied answer into the "Remove the following..." bar.

But when I do this for the second question "Question NO: &2" I come and add the answer in the empty bar and refer back to question 1 the answer is exactly the same as what I have just copied into question 2.

Please assist me, as I have various exams I would like to upload but am unable to do this.
