Hey folks. I took this test to beef up the Resume. Took it last week in Asia and passed with an 85. Only studied this dump and I would say that 90% of the questions were on this dump. This is all the study material you will need to pass. The questions are worded a little different and the answers are a little different. However, if you can remember this dump then you will have no problems passing the test. Good Luck

I passed the exam yesterday in Germany with 95%. About 10-15 questions were not from this or any of the other dumps here. The remainder was though, if also with slightly changed wording etc. It may just suffice to use this dump here, but I strongly advise to study the course material too. Also check Youtube for training videos by a guy called Marco Cattaneo from Charles Sturt university. Search for csi itil v3 and you will come across some 150 videos explaining and outlining nearly all of the lifecycle, processes and functions. Very good indeed. Good luck....

@ Creeping: i have already booked a flight and accommodation for CPT and i could try and change it to JHB but getting to the venue that site will be a challenge for me as i don't know Midrand. I’m also not familiar with Durban.

I have the ITIL V3 book so maybe i will have to study it as well and also make sure i know the dumps, its unfortunate that i am not gonna be able to do online this time it would have been a guaranteed pass.

Hi All,
anyone who used this dump to prepare for a paper based exam, the company i'm using in Cape Town cannot offer an online exam at this stage as they don't have the facilities yet, so they are using the Paper based method at the moment.
i know the setup is the same, but it will be better to know if the online exam and the paper based exam are one and the same thing.
