Took today in Central Florida area, passed with 860/900. None of these questions were word for word on the test, but the concepts were similar like other people said so this dump can form the base of your studying as long as you have some knowledge about the topics. Study from this dump and read a basic book on network security to get more in depth of encryption, authentication, etc.. etc... and you'll pass fine.

I passed the exam today. I solely use this dump to study but none of the questions were on my exam. However, the concepts were the same and if not for my previous understanding of them, I would have failed. I agree with datrman putting faith in partice tests alone is not the answer. You have to understand the concepts.

Used older Security+, and then this one, very helpful, but not all on the test. At least half were similar concepts, but not worded the same. Passed the test, but would recomend not putting faith in partice tests alone. Another helpful thing was the 2008 Security+ from CBTNuggets...watched several of the videos day before test, and that seemed to help the most!

880 out of 900 using this vce with the sybex guide. You have to have read the guide to effectively answer the vce questions and learn. 95% of vce question were on the exam. I did all 769, and then made a test out of all the ones I got wrong then answered all of them in a separate exam. I learned alot from this vce 10% of the questions weren't covered in my sybex guide, but I was only able to understand the stuff from reading the guide twice prior to using any vce's. GL to everyone else.

Took the Sec+ exam on June 5 in AL. Scored 820 on 900. Most of the Q were from this vce. I had also read the sybex guide. Best way to prepare would be to read the guide and then go through this vce. Good Luck!

If you want to remove the WBerlin Sans from every Choice D then go to the test file in windows explorer, right click on it and choose edit. This will open the test up in Virtual CertExam Designer provided you have it installed. Then click on Exam A in the navigation tree on the left hand side, press ctl+h (replace). Type WBerlin Sans in the 'find what' field and leave the replace with field blank and then click on 'replace all'. It will cycle through all of the questions and remove every instance of 'WBerlin Sans'. Once done just save the file.

Hello - I'm scheduled to take the test on Monday (28th) and so I checked this site as I'm trying to gain as much knowledge as possible to pass this exam. I've purchased transcender and couple of books to help me study. Last week I purchased a study guide from ChinaTag.com and paid. Well as I downloaded this dump and took the initial 5 questions from vce, however since I have not paid I can not see anymore. I'm kinda excited cause I noticed they were the exact questions as my purchase from ChinaTag and my copy is a PDF. I just would like to confirm if my ChinaTag copy is the same as this copy. Joshua I appreciate your help and I will send you a copy, if you can verify if my copy is the same. I dont want to purchase vce (register) if I do not need too. O yeah....I also noticed that I have WBerlin Sans on every last choice after listed answer. I'd like to just verify if this study guide in PDF, 769q from ChinaTag is the same from Josha.

For all of you out there still waiting/preparing to do the exam... have faith in these dumps but also know your stuff outside of them. There were around 10 questions (so approx. 10%) within my exam which were NOT in these dumps.

Took the Security+ a couple of days ago and got over 850! Great study material. I did come across one question that was not within all 769 though, but that shouldn't worry you. Make sure you understand Symmetric and Asymmetric keys and which encryptions use which and how they work.

I'm so glad I downloaded this vce. I was using a practice test program to which I was granted access from a certification course. I was getting decent scores from that, but I was memorizing questions. I decided to try this one, and I'm so glad I did. It is for the 2008 Sec+ which is still being used in 2009 so yes still valid.

Why not just use the VCE, I downloaded the program and isohunt.com (search the the program) under comments had instructions on how to edit the reg entry and now the program works forever.

I scored an 880 today using this. I studied all 769 questions and quizzed myself several times with 100 questions. Most of the these questions were word for word on the test. This dump is still valid. I also used the Exam Cram book and the Measure Up practice test, but I don't think I needed it. Used the book as a reference guide on some acronyms. Study all the questions and you will not have a problem passing.

Hey Moe. Let me tell you one thing. This test is very valid. I just got done taking it today and most of the questions are word for word with even all 4 choices! I scored 825 and only found around 20 or less questions to be unfamiliar in a sense. I didn't look at all 769 questions and thought I was gonna fail going into it, but if you study this whole test, take a couple 100 question tests (especially right before it as I took 3 of them right before it) and put your mind to it, you WILL pass and get certified. I was very pleased with this dump.

I use to study CertifyMe as my reviewer but its only an ebook, someone who told me that certifyme had 95% question in real exam.

I look to Joshua's vce and it's look like the same question with certifyme.I have also topcert Q&A engine.

We were both studying from CompTIA.Pass4sure.SY0-201.by.dre360.387q.vce I was about 160 questions into it. He took the test after studying from that on Sep 21. Everyone else I know used that VCE and passed until they changed the test prior to Sep21

Now we are both studying from the VCE that Josh has provided and based on the comments its a valid VCE with most of the questions.
