  Another q I remembered of the exam I took yesterday. What u do first before working on a motherboard: put the wrist ESD or disconnect the power supply. There are a lot of q related to printers. In resumen you should sharp in this areas: Laser Printers and their troubleshooting , commands de MS DOS, xcopy, etc. a lot of q. of wireless networking, SSID, repeaters. Ports numbers. Which protocol uses ISP companies to download emails and say: POP, SMTP, etc. IF after installing a driver the PC got BSFD what to do...safe mode and rollback driver, things like that. If I remember sth more I will write it down later. Good Luck

  Passed the exam today 11/10/2011. Some q related to W7, a lot of q related to wireless networking, cmd comands like xcopy, convert, md. Some questions related to hardware, type of cmos baterry, common sense q. If a repeat user is bothering u for the same prob the solution is to talk with the user and teach how to avoid the problem again. The is located the users in W7 and vista, where is located the font in w7 c:/windows/font....good luck!!
