Passed in Dec 2011.no thanks to the thousands of questions I went through..only 10 or so on the test.passed with 802.
These pre-test really need an update.not to say pre-testing is not a worthwile venture.

I don't have 100% clear concept about wireless network, but this is what I know and I hope it is correct

WPA, WPA2 is protocol that send and receive key between AP and client.
neither encryption nor authorization.

PSK is authentication

TKIP, AES is algorithm that use for encryption

So question doesn't mention about the RADIUS server but WPA/WPA2 Enterprise will use both encryption and authorization.

I took the test today and passed. I got 840.
Test was entirely different and difficult. At once, I thought I was going to fail.

Keep your eyes open, study dumps and go over the board. Do lots of research on the net and don't be shy asking questions
You probably need more than one study book to pass this test.

However, I think C should be the correct answer.
WPA2 is a never version and PSK is for personal mode authentication.
If it was for enterprise, then RADIUS would be use along with WPA2 Enterprise

I think I was wrong
i did more research about MTTR and I have found that MTTR is "average time to broken" check below that I copied from wiki

"Mean time to repair (MTTR) is a basic measure of the maintainability of repairable items. [1] It represents the average time required to repair a failed component or device. Expressed mathematically,[2] it is the total corrective maintenance time divided by the total number of corrective maintenance actions during a given period of time. It generally does not include lead time for parts not readily available, or other Administrative or Logistic Downtime (ALDT)."

I took the test today and like previous posters have said, only a few questions from this document are on the test definitely not enough to give you a passing grade. Luckily I passed with a 813 and I took a half ass class provided by my company.

as far as I understand about that question, MTTR is

total times that system is not in service

(times count from when system down to technician arrive to fix) + ( times took to fix system by technician)

so c) MTTR = (time of restore) # (time of fail) (I don't know what '#' means, I hope that means '+' ) is correct

please someone correct me if I'm wrong

Can somebody point me to a study material explaining below question and its answer?

Q: Which of the following is the correct formula for calculating mean time to restore (MTTR)?

a) MTTR = (time of fail) / (time of restore)
b) MTTR = (time of fail) # (time of restore)
c) MTTR = (time of restore) # (time of fail)
d) MTTR = (time of restore) x (time of fail)

According to certkey, answer is C but I am not sure it is correct as I don't recall any # symbol basic arithmetic.

I passed on Dec 14. There was not much questions from these. I agree with xsing, just use these as studying guides and make sure that you understand the concepts.

I just took the test (14 Dec 2011). only 8 - 10 of the questions were on there. I think this is a good practice test. It might also be the test center I used. Study hard and know the stuff. The questions ask what was the "BEST" solution. Good Luck.

Passed SY0-301 yesterday, 840 score. Only about 10 of the 447 questions from ActualTests showed up. I passed because I took the time to learn each concept presented in the 447 question bank, both why an answer was correct and why the alternatives were not, instead of just memorizing answers. Otherwise I would have gotten destroyed on this test. Unfortunately, I didn't hear about this site until today.

Took the exam today, not many questions from this dump or the SY0-301.v2011-09-09.by.BigLee.477q.vce was used. I passed with a score of 836, as I studied for 3 months for this exam and understood most of the material.
The VCE questions do help, so long as you understand the answers.

Before taking my test I tried all of these dumps in this website related to security+. But I have seen only some familiar questions from BigLee's 447, and this vce included some of them. But I will not recommend just relying on these dumps because without a conceptual knowledge the exam will give you really hard times.
