  192.168.100.127/25 is classless and also the bcast address for network 192.168.100.0. remember the Classful and Classless rules...Classful addressing ends on byte boundaries where Classeless address extends beyond byte boundaries,. Clearly /25 extends beyond a byte boundary

  HBA is host bus adapter
  PBX is private branch exchange
  VoIP is voice over internet protocol
  NIC is network interface card
  
  The last three are different technology. While HBA is technically generic, in this instance, it is the least wrong answer.
