Hey, all
So first time poster but wanted to give some advice:
I passed this certification about a month ago (didn't post right then and there because I started studying for Network+ the very next day - which I just passed today).
What I've seen with both CompTIA tests that I have passed is that the dumps should ONLY be used as a study guide. I only had about 3 questions from the dumps I studied on the actual Security+ test and only maybe 5 on the Network+. For both exams I read the entire Sybex study guide and watched the CBT Nuggets. I then took two different dumps and did practice tests for about 3 days before the test (going through about 300 - 400 questions until I felt confident that I grasped the concepts).
A tip for Security +: KNOW YOUR ENCRYPTION! Understand what encryption is stronger than others. When in doubt, choose AES. It's arguably the best encryption out there. I made the mistake of not knowing what encryption is stronger than others and I believe this is where I missed the most questions. Passed with an 820 for Security+ and an 829 on Network+. If you have any questions or want any further advice, feel free to email me at: sgtjojoe@yahoo.com.
Good luck!

Passed the test this morning. Got 827. about 50% in the test. Some questions just change wording.
I am so happy.
Thanks

I just completed the exam less than 30 minutes ago and passed with an 868 score. All my questions were covered by this dump. I also used the Darril Gibson book, Get certified Get ahead.
