You are right. No need for the maximum command because you want only to have 1 specific mac-address to be able to connect.

Switch(config)# interface fastethernet f0/0

Then more over if the questions says to define an action such as shutdown:

Hi All,
I have successfully cleared my ccna security exam last friday with 977 markas.this dumps is still valid..but you must be care full about drag & drop. I have almost got all questions from the dumps excluding some drag & drop also I got a little different lab regarding port security like..

There was a specific Mac address and my tusk was to allow only this particular Mac address through the 0/14 switch port.
But this dump is relay awesome..so guys go ahead...best of luck.
