I wouldn't be TOO harsh. I use these dumps as a supplement to labs, and video training. The way I approach certification exams is 1) Study hard and learn the material, then 2) Learn the exam. Since knowing the material and the exam aren't always the same. I used to use exam prep material from examforce.com (which didn't use actual dumps)... but it's just hard to beat free.

What is the point of having a certification if you're getting it by just memorising the questions!!! If you are asked a question in an interview the answer will not be A) B) C) D) I studies 6 months to fully pref for this exam and passed on 3rd attempt but at least know the stuff rather than just the questions.

Variance command multiply FD by the integer value (in this case 2).

FD (best way) = 30

So, Variance 2 x FD(30) = 60

NOW any route that have metric < or = 60 can be used to unequal load balance.

HOWEVER, EIGRP just consider SUCCESSOR or FEASIBLE SUCCESSOR to calculate the variance.

AFGH has AD=40 > FD=30 (NOT FS) and ABCH has AD=30 = FD=30 (NOT FS)

So, eliminated 2 routes, We have 3 ways to go to H:

ADEH is the successor.
AFEH = 40 < new FD(60)
ABEH = 60 = new FD(60)

Could someone please explain the correct answer. If FS<=Sucessor then the answer would be 4 and not C. If FS=Sucessor the answer is B.
