What is the 15th Mystery Trouble Tickets which is not in any of the dumps?!

Sara's strategy is kinda not upto date. Follow khattak's strategy and u r good to go. I scored 1000/1000 by three strategies. 1. Sara, 2. Jusan 3. Khattak. (Khattak being the most upto date one).
Plus my trick in the exam was as follows:
I wrote down all the 15 tickets on the plastic board they provide u at the beginning of the exam. Later on when i started the exam, first i went through all the 13 tickets in the real exam, i did not "DONE" any ticket untill i identified all of the 13 tickets with thier problems. I kept "ABORTING" the tickets untill i was confident that i found solution to all of them.
Once i had identified the tickets on my plastic board, then i started answering them one by one and AlhamduLillah achieved full marks.
3 MCQs were given which had 1 drag and drop too.
Going to Cisco's website and taking the DEMO TEST will also give u some real exam environment.

Please advise: Mind map, Khattak Strategy and Sara's tshoot strategy. Which one would be be useful for exam ??
I got IPV6 question along HSRP question, where both client 1 and client 2 can reach the server but u still think what is the problem. I quickly re-read the questions and it is obvious in one of the questions IPV6 was mentioned. In the HSRP question i did show run and found out wrong track value.
I did not get IP-Helper address ticket. Three MCQs with one D&D MCQ were given in the begining. Rest below are the steps helped me prepare nicely.

the answer chosen for VLAN access TT (no vlan access-map test1 10)is wrong, the correct is (no vlan filter test1 vlan-list 10)

few changes in the exam.eg on R4 where EIGRP is confirgured with passive interface default command. In the solnt part, there is no "delete passive interface default" option , but we have ans as : enable eigrp on int range fa 1/0/1 - 2 by applying no passive interface default.
2. Please use ipconfig cmd on Client 1 and observe ip. If 169.x.x.x (ip should be 10.2.x.x), then, issue lies mainly on ASW1 or DSW1 or R4 dhcp issue, then tshoot as per dump.
3. tracert cmd never worked and i used ping throughout.
