Fail the first time a week a go 748/1000, came back strong and score 902/1000 now I am a Cisco CCNA Holder.

EDIT: The question numbers seem to change so 35 and 41 are irrelevant. The question states something like "finish the ACL statement (ACL 101 deny protocol address mask any)" Both questions are word for word the same but the answers show differently. Also one looks normal and the other looks as though it were taken off a pc screen with a cell phone camera if this helps anyone identify the questions.

Wasted around 40mins on the lab trying to figure out its default gateway which wasnt appearing at all. Overall, this was a fairly easy exam. You ought to know all your basics and you'll be good to go. I used nuggets, this dump and 9tut.

I'm following Jeremy from CBT Nuggets. He says to apply standard ACL close from the destination and do Outside for example int fa 0/0 Outside so we don't block to much.when I do that it doesn't work, however I did it on the other interface on same router for example int 0/1 Inside and it worked fine So my problem in here is that I did everything against what he said and it worked just fine, while what he taught didn't work. So I'm confused here. Do you think packet tracer is picky or it depends on IOS?

Hameed - I got same issue, but easy found that there is no route. Check routing table or try default route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0. I did NAT and after applying access list ping stopped working. Tweak Static Routs and worked.

I'm trying to do access list lab using cbt nuggets on packet tracer 5.3 I apply access list correctly but for some reason when I try to ping it doesn't block what I specify.I tried standard and extended access but still didn't work. Is there a trick on packet tracer or something I need to turn on in order for it to work? Does Packet tracer support access list?

Beware! 45 questions and 880/1000 points to pass.

Some answers found here were wrong of course - like with "how many interfaces should be nat inside" - it's 3, not 4. And the router being the LMI device ha ha ha.
But even with those mistakes this material is very good. When You studied carefully there should be no sweat.

Had one configuration sim - switch IP setup and VTP client to match the other switch and two simlets just to give some show commands and answer the questions - one with frame relay and one with ospf. Easy.

Just took the exam 986/1000 the dump is valid, everything was from there to the last word of the questions , frame relay hot spot that became sim- had to punch the show conf and frame-relay map, also the VTP sim where you have a new switch to configure with vtp domain etc was there. The drag and drop with subneting and the one with the access list that you have the address that ends in .34 to block the host, total of 43 questions , good luck to everyone and thanks for the help

Had Frame relay, vtp lab (notice: the ip they ask you to assign as the vlan 1 will be the first USABLE ip from the given range but you will notice that the first 2 of the range will be used , first as the default-gateway, second as the ip of the other switch vlan 1 hence use the third available ip of the given range, was confused myself and made the wrong choice)

@zeromahesh - That is a wrong answer buddy. What you know about "No Login" is totally correct. It disables the login prompt and directly takes the user to login without password.The easiest way to verify this , is to apply these commands in packet tracer and see the output .

I can't understand question related to vty lines with "NO LOGIN" command. As I know usage of "NO LOGIN" command in vty lines will disable login prompt and allow users to login without any password. But in this dump they gave the answer "There is a virtually limitless supply of IP addresses."
Can any one explain this?

The frame relay question you are probably referring to is http://www.9tut.com/ccna-hotspot-questions about a third of the way down under Hotspot Frame-relay Question 1. It was apparently a hot spot question before being turned into the sim.

Passed with a 944 this dump is still very valid. All questions were here, there was one frame relay sim that was not here or on 9tut. Know the basic Frame-relay show commands and your be alright. Study material i used was Cisco Alumini academy curriculum, 31 days before your CCNA Second Edition by Allan johnson, And a CCNA portable command guide by Scott Empson along with this Dump and the 9tut website.
