For the question: which is NOT a source of Cisco unified reporting? The dumps say CUP DB. But according to the following URL, the answer should be CUCM DB:

Go to http://www.filecrop.com and search visual exam cert. Download the file, extract and install it. This should resolve your issue. I downloaded my file from there and it works fine on any and all of the .vce files I have.
