First of all , When a TT come we must know the path to find the problem . The devices which will be containing problems will be ASW1,DSW1,R4,R2,R1.
Now , we have opene a ticket , the steps to solve are as follows :
First of all , use IPCONFIG on client 1 ,if it gives ip like 169.xx.xx.xx then the problem is in ASW1.
AS we have found that the problem is in ASW1 , the problem must be one of the below mentioned :
1) Access Ports not in Vlan 10 (Use show run to detect this error , if it is the problem then in running config you will see that the command "switchport access vlan 10 " is missing under the interface"
2)Port Channel/etherchannel not allowing Vlan 10 (Use show etherchannel command to detect this issue, you will see that the ether channel Po23 & Po13 do not have vlan 10 included in them. U can also use show interfaces trunk command to verify the issue)
3) Port Security ( Use Show run command and show port-security command to troubleshoot this issue ) One big trace to find this TT is that if client 1 & 2 cannot ping each other then it will be port security issue.

I have created an easy pattern which I used for myself during the exam to detect the type of TT and its solution .Will upload it here in few hours (Its a detailed one ) After this I am sure that if you just read that thoroughly ...U will be going to get 900 + in the exam ... Good Luck t o all of the upcoming CCNPs for this exam .

No configuration to perform on the exam infact ou dont have access to CONF T command.when u type "conf t " it will give access restriction error.You have to perform your tasks in priviledge mode. Just use a few show commands and wen you get the idea of TT just select it from the choices provided in the answers.

Network tut is i think quite good enough to pass the exam however our knowlege over the Tshooting and routing switching protocols is necessary.
i need to know one thing, i am very confuse about exam pattern, is there any hands on configuration or just only we need to select the answers while checking all TT's and configurations on device, and select correct answers, plz give me detail about exam pattern.

Yes the TT's are same till today ....hurry up and give the exam before they are changed .However it is not necessary that they will appear in the same order as before.They are usually given randomly but on the whole the 12 TT's will be the same

sorry friend about your friend .I want to clear a few things.First of all , all the TT's in the exam are from the same topology which are therefore same for every ticket thats why you were confused but please note that when u are done with a trouble ticket and click on the next TT to start the configuration of all the devices automatically changes internally without showing any status .The devices will remain the same but their configuration will have slight changes for every ticket (by change i mean their would be some error produced which you have to find out ). so please dont be confused that if the devices and the topology is changed how the TT's are different? the trouble ticket you solve will be for that configuration only.in next trouble ticket you have to once again follow all the steps again to find out the problem.
I took my exam yesterday. I didnot pass. 3 multiple choice questions first and then 12 tickets. I failed because of 1 reason of following reasons. I need some help to understand this situation.
1. When I clicked on Scenario of all the tickets, They are all same.
2. Layer 2 diagram is same for all 12 tickets.
3. Layer 3 diagram is same for all 12 tickets.
4. On top of that once you are done with a Ticket ... You cannot go back.
5. Tickets are random as well ... not same sequence as the dump either.
6. Last problem is you can select any device, with any technology and solution even though the issue is different.
My question is how do you know what the problem is so you can select the right answers?

yeah.. almost all questions have same problem such as (client 1 can't ping the server1)
but when you change one ticket to another, international pre-configuration are also change
So
Answers that you have to try are not the same on tickets
that are normal and you will face at exam like that problems

there is no option to change configuration of any device in the exam
you only have to check the configuration and answer the Trouble Tickets
can you tell me just we have to choose answer only othewise we have to change any configuration,i m going to write a exam this weekend

In my opinion, this issue is to stay at the R1, in the situation 2, it missed the commain "neighbor 209.65.200.226 remote-as 65002".
Please let me know if I am wrong. I also prepare to take this examination on this weekend.

i failed to pass the exam 2day, i got 4 ticktes that are not in this dump & also ciscoguides flowchart. The situations are given below:
Situation1: client is able to ping the ip 209.65.200.226 but not 209.65.200.241, R1 is not able to ping the both ip 209.65.200.226 & 209.65.200.241
Situation2: client is able to ping the ip 209.65.200.226 but not 209.65.200.241, R1 is able to ping ip 209.65.200.226 but not 209.65.200.241
Situation 3: For ipv6 R1 loopback is not able to ping DSW2 loopback
Situation4: according to ciscoguides for ticket 1 if i select DSW1 for first question then in 2nd question i didn't see vlan access map to select.
plz ciscoguides give the solution & also update ur flowchart, otherwise everyone will fail the exam

ya the TT tickets r same ...no body has commented any big changes in the TT.
but few people have commented that MCQ's r changing...but still that doesnt matter coz..we will still pass the exam if we do atleast 10 TTs correct...

These Dumps are 100% valid as far as TT's are concerned
problem is with other questions (MC, D&D)
I am not saying they are wrong but they change each time

hi..we have to just select the correct answer in the TT.
each tt ticket has 3 questions in it:
1) device...(the device were the problem is)
2) Technology....(the technology the problem is dealing with eg: ipv4 routing,acl,dhcp)
3) Problem solution....(how to solve the problem)
we need not change any of the configuration..we just have to choose the correct answer in each of the section(device,tech,solution) in each ticket by checking the status of the already existing configuration by using show commands and ping...
The configuration of the topology gets changed for each ticket...so it is not likely that the problem in the previous ticket will exists in the next ticket also...so each individual ticket is like a completely different question...
we have to start trobleshooting from the scratch for each ticket..
i havent given the tshoot exam but couple of my friends have given it and they told me how the exam was...i am planning to give the exam soon..
please tell me that wether we have to enter the commands to solve the problem in 12tt, or we have just to select the answer??????

Use this vce file uploaded by AungChoHtwe. It is the same as the exam. The Three letters in the 12 tts are not Multiple choices but the actual exam answers. Only difference is the MCQ not all from here but definitely all about netwok mgmt.
This IS 99% Valid. I got 930/1000.
I got all the 12 tt. I missed the MCQ.
