I passed the exam with 899 Score, Thanks Bob by the way it really helps. I used dumps from Keron and This Dumps some Qs is valid. As advice by Bob, Study CUBE, QOS , Number manupulation and Sip., i used the PDF File 642-437 Study Course.
here the additional Question that i have recall.
1. Where you going to issue Address hiding in SIP for CUBE. My Answer is SIP.
2. The command for line coding in T1Cas. ans. Linecode B8ZS
3. Num Epxansion command, for certain numbers.
4. Command to control Bit Rate and bandwidth for RSVP in CUBE.
5. What the numbering plan in North America for Special Purposes. My Ans is Easy Recognized Number not sure for this.
6. Where the LLQ is Base. My Answer is Customized Queuing.
7. DN which support one Voice port and 2 channels. My ans is Dual Lines.
8. Sip Phone configuration, question about DN number 1 tag with 20.
9. other question of sip about Sip Proxy protocol Server. My answer is location server.

Please study more on QOS, SIP, Dial-peers and Cube. I hope it helps.

I just took the test and got my a** kicked by Cisco. They have added a lot of new stuff that I haven't seen in any of the dumps. They hit me hard on QOS today. but I passed with 809. They had a lot of command questions and where they wanted you to know the exact command but only one word was changed. I've taken some other CCNP Voice tests and Cisco didn't even change the order of the answers. This test every single answer was in a different order. Study hard and Good luck to anyone taking this test.

I wish I could have remembered all of the new questions but I was just lucky to get out of there alive. Some of the questions were based on Drag and Drop found in the dumps, Here is what I do remember

How many digits are in a european phone number?
What are H323 commands based off? Q931, Q921, and two other answers
Protocol to use between third party vendors? SIP, MGCP, SCCP and another answer
A question about how to configure this command mls qos map cos-dscp 0 10 18 26 34 46 48 56?
What is the first event SIP Sends out? Trying,Invite,Ringing ACK and one other answer.
Some question about different types of media? Media Termination Point is the only answer that made sense here.
How Many bytes are added to a frame using SRTP? 32, 64 and two other answers
There was a question about adding fax relay to a dial peer and having Cisco setup as secondary.
Something about the time it takes to put bites on a wire? serialatiazion Delay was my answer.
Refer to the exhibit. When 5551234 is being matched with the outgoing dial peer that is shown in the exhibit, which of the following called numbers will be sent to theVoIP network? (THEY REMOVED THE PREFIX 5 from the DIAL PEER. BE CAREFUL HERE)

@someguy: I'm taking my test tomorrow and seeing your comment you have me a little concerned. You say you need to know the commands. Do they provide you a router sim and you need to type in the questions? I know this information pretty well but Cisco always tries to trick you with subtitle difference. Just trying to make sure I'm prepared for tomorrow. Any feedback would be appreciated.

About the Q.47 I think the best answer is D: map the last 4 digits in the DID to the extension number using translation rule
and no need to use auto-attendant her " the dump answer, choice C:".

The answer is C (auto-attendant) because in the exam the DID Range is only 1 number.

Passed today with 949/1000.

Used Cisco Press Txtbk and this dump as study material. Did not use CBT Nuggets or any other video material.

All questions came from this dump. There were no new questions in exam.

Please take note, the answers in this dump are only 75% valid. I had to do alot of cross-referencing to confirm certain answers. I used the Cisco Press ebook, online documentation, and the 90q and 19q dumps for this. You will not pass if you take every answer at face value.
