I can´t understand why I should look first to user A. I thought the rights to be able to call another phone hase only to do with css and partitions and these have nothing to do with the user.

Hi,

Can anyone explain to me, why there are so much questions about unity and presence? When I read the study guide and watched the cbt nuggets there was really tiny part for the presence and unity, but here about 70% of questions are about that.

I just dont understand why does cisco is making focus on this less important topics instead of focusing on Voice IP concepts and fundamentals.
